Booking Space in the Parish

At our April Vestry meeting, it was determined that we needed a more streamlined approach to booking space at the church to ensure that we are able to accurately capture important statistics, to ensure that we are compliant to both the Anglican Diocese of Edmonton and (if food is involved in any capacity) Alberta Health Services. 

The process is fairly straight forward: 

1) Click here to download the parish booking form; it is a fillable PDF form. 

1b) IF you are involving food in any capacity, you are also required to fill out the Alberta Health Services form. That can be found by clicking here

2) Save the form on your computer (it is important that you do this on a computer or tablet, it is not phone/mobile compatible)

3) Send the form into vestry by emailing it to stmattscommunication@gmail.com
