Booking Space in the Parish

At our April Vestry meeting, it was determined that we needed a more streamlined approach to booking space at the church to ensure that we are able to accurately capture important statistics, to ensure that we are compliant to both the Anglican Diocese of Edmonton and (if food is involved in any capacity) Alberta Health Services. 

The process is fairly straight forward: 

1) Download the parish booking form; it is a fillable PDF document.

1b) IF you are involving food in any capacity, you are also required to fill out this Alberta Health Services form. 

2) Save the form(s) on your computer (it is important that you do this on a computer or tablet, the documents are not phone/mobile compatible)

3) Send the form(s) into vestry by emailing to stmattscommunication@gmail.com
